Job Summary We are looking for a MultiBanker to join our Drive-In team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service including efficient and accurate transaction processing. MultiBankers proactively identify bank products and services that meet the needs of potential and existing customers, always seeking opportunities to deliver outstanding service and make a positive impression. Essential Functions Greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer Generating new business and expanding relationships with current customers by cross-selling bank products and services that benefit each customer Responding to customer inquiries and concerns by researching and identifying positive solutions This list includes the current primary responsibilities of this position. Position Requirements High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 6 months customer service and cash handling preferred Strong computer and 10 key skills Careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent customer service skills, including oral and written communication skills Other Requirements Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
