Financial Services Position Overview A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Personal Banker Associate to join its customer-facing team. This position combines customer service, sales, account support, and transaction processing. The ideal candidate is outgoing, relationship-driven, comfortable working toward performance goals, and enjoys helping customers identify products and services that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Open and maintain customer accounts. Assist with applications and service requests. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and maintain accurate balancing and transaction records. Meet established customer service and sales goals. Generate referrals and help develop new customer relationships. Resolve customer questions and concerns while providing positive solutions. Support team members with daily operational needs. Participate in community and business-development activities as needed. Required Qualifications 1+ year of successful sales experience in a goal-driven, incentive-based, or relationship-focused environment. 6+ months of cash-handling or POS transaction experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance or sales goals. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Comfortable recommending products and services based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, confident, and professional personality. Strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other standard office applications. Ability to obtain any required professional designation or authorization after hire. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within financial services or a similar customer-facing environment . Experience with relationship-based or consultative sales. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Schedule & Training Candidates must have flexibility to work within the organization's normal operating hours, which may include some Saturday hours . The position also includes paid formal and informal training. Candidates must successfully complete required training and certification after hire. #ind123 #adm
