Responsibilities:

1. Utilize listening and consultative skills to match customer needs with our Bank's services. Proactively sell Bank's services where appropriate. 2. Actively pursue loan opportunities; initiate loan applications; document and close loans; and provide follow-up and maintenance as required. 3. Back up Teller position. Exhibit a pleasant personality with a professional appearance. 4. Back up Customer Service position. Maintain a thorough understanding of Online Banking functions which include but are not limited to Mobile Banking, Check Card processing, Bill pay, Remote Deposit capture, Wires, ACH, etc. 5. Perform Personal Banking functions as specified below: Open and close accounts, including following all regulations and procedures to ensure proper compliance. Handle all inquiries in a prompt, friendly manner which includes the answering incoming telephone calls and e-mail inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining high levels of customer service. Initiate wire transfers, which include Foreign wire initiations. Place and/or remove stop payments. Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Bank's safe deposit box procedures including the opening, as well as entry and exit procedures. Set-up overdraft protection and sweep accounts Remain current on all products and services while adhering to all bank policies and regulations. 6. Assist in all phases of branch opening and closing each day. 7. Make recommendations for changes in procedures, services, etc., where necessary. 8. Maintain a good understanding and working knowledge relating to bank compliance regulations, bank policies and procedures, including related Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

Additional Requirements:

Prior banking experience is required. While the incumbent must work closely with all members of the organization, he or she is expected to work with a strong degree of initiative and independence regarding assigned responsibilities. Organizational skills, effective interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic are also necessary to effectively carry out assigned responsibilities. The incumbent must also demonstrate the ability and willingness to accept changing priorities and assume different or additional responsibilities based on the needs of the organization.
