As a Personal Banker in our Branch team, you will have a lead role in delivering an exceptional experience to cfsbank customers. Job Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience by acting with a customer-first attitude while assisting with personal and business deposit account products and daily transactions in addition to consumer, home equity, and mortgage loan applications. Educate customers in person and over the phone - to build sustainable relationships and discover financial needs to provide beneficial product and service recommendations. Ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology. Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately; deliver solutions that make our cfsbank products work together.
