Relationship Banker- Bethlehem Penn Community Bank United States, Pennsylvania, Bethlehem Jun 11, 2026 Job description: The following is a list of essential functions, which may be subject to change at any time and without advance notice. Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function. Attain complete knowledge of products and services, recognize referral opportunities and successfully partner with appropriate business lines including mortgage, wealth, cash management, commercial lending and residential lending Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately. Deliver and cross-sell banking products in conjunction with customers' needs through platform interactions and teller line transitions Assist in the attainment of branch-specific goals in conjunction with bank initiatives and the strategic plan Provide best in class customer service to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, problem resolution and customer follow up in accordance with all bank policies and expectations Perform outbound sales activities including prospecting and outbound calling to prospective and existing customers, in persona, virtual and via phone. Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers' business confidential in accordance with bank policy Operate technology as required Consistent utilization of the customer management system to document customer and prospect interactions, send referrals and update campaigns. Education and Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Previous banking or relevant work experience preferred Skills and Competencies Customer service and sales skills Deposit and loan product knowledge Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Balanced decision making keeping both customer and company in mind Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills Microsoft product proficiency and the ability to use core banking systems Participation in community activities as necessary Penn community Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
