General Responsibilities Responsible for performing various duties to support the Digital Operations function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. Essential Duties Performs various duties to support the electronic banking function as follows: Provides telephone support for branch staff as well as customer support line. Supports, processes, and maintains ACH/Wire maintenance, reports, and program initiatives for our commercial customers. Supports, processes, and maintains various Remote Deposit products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives. Supports, processes, and maintains various BillPay products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives. Supports, processes, and maintains various Online Banking products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives. Supports, processes, and maintains Telephone Banking system. Performs various types of maintenance on system, such as adding and removing account access, changing member status, monitoring new/closed accounts, resetting passwords, etc. Provides support for various Operations tasks. Ancillary Duties Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances. Education/Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communicative skills; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills.
Experience:
