Memphis, TN Job Details Contract From $23 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Bank experience Risk assessment Job description development Banking Account opening Full Job Description Position Overview Responsible for supporting the onboarding, maintenance, and funding of advisory and managed accounts. This role works closely with Financial Advisors, clients, Trading, and internal Operations teams to ensure accounts are established accurately, documentation and compliance requirements are met, and transactions are processed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new advisory and managed accounts, ensuring accurate account setup and timely completion of required documentation. Review and process new account applications, transfer forms, client records, and related documentation for accuracy, proper registration, compliance, and funding. Coordinate with Financial Advisors to understand and support client financial needs and ensure account-opening requirements are satisfied. Serve as a primary liaison between Financial Advisors, clients, Trading, and internal Operations teams to facilitate efficient account setup and resolve issues. Coordinate the transfer and sale of securities required to fund newly established accounts. Ensure account documentation and transactions are processed accurately and within established service-level requirements. Follow established operational, regulatory, and compliance procedures when handling client accounts and financial transactions. Qualifications Experience in financial services, brokerage, wealth management, or investment operations. Knowledge of account-opening, asset transfers, securities transactions, and funding processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential client information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Financial Advisors, clients, and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
