Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Experience in banking or financial services Experience working in a call center Experience in telephone sales Experience in inbound or outbound contact centers (phone, chat, or video) Experience with sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals Experience as a Personal Banker managing high client volumeJob Duties:
Work with clients to build and deepen relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services Respond to customer inquiries and concerns while creating customized solutions Sell and fulfill banking products including: o Checking Accounts o Savings Accounts o Credit Cards o Certificates of Deposit (CDs) o Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) o Loans Identify opportunities requiring licensed sales functions and refer clients to business partners Quote banking rates, terms, and available programs Manage risk in every customer interaction using available tools and established proceduresTypical Day:
Answer inbound customer calls throughout the shift Assist customers with account questions and service requests Build rapport and uncover customer financial goals Recommend banking products and services that meet customer needs Navigate multiple banking systems while documenting customer interactions Collaborate with internal partners when specialized assistance is needed Meet customer service and performance expectations while maintaining compliance #BO1- Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
