Candidates must have reliable transportation with the ability to float between our three branches as needed. Candidates must also be available to work one Saturday per month (or more if proper coverage is needed) on a rotating schedule. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a retail banking or a similar field. This is a full-time position and offers paid time off and a generous benefits package. The Universal Banker will be expected to: Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Acquire and retain customer relationships by providing solutions to meet customer needs. Adhere to all bank operational policies and procedures. Assist customers with account related requests including Certificate of Deposits & Individual Retirement Accounts. Process and complete customer forms and documentation including IRA transfers, stop payments, ATM card applications, etc. Research and resolve customer inquiries for all banking services.
