Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist to support retail banking operations across the organization. This role provides operational support to branch teams, assists with deposit products and account maintenance, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributes to efficient and accurate banking processes. Support new account reviews, customer record maintenance, account changes, and compliance-related documentation. Assist with cash balancing, teller support, outage research, and operational issue resolution. Process non-post items, savings bonds, and other deposit operations functions while maintaining accurate records. Support process improvements, staff training, compliance initiatives, and Video Teller operations as needed. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field preferred. Two or more years of banking, deposit operations, or retail banking experience preferred. Knowledge of deposit products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
