Job Description

Role Overview:
This position involves providing sales, service, and operational support in a banking environment. Responsibilities include processing daily financial transactions, opening deposit and account products, cross-selling services, conducting outbound client calls, and assisting with loan applications. The role emphasizes delivering excellent client experiences, resolving inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Duties:
Perform teller transactions such as deposits, currency handling, and check cashing. Open and process new demand and deposit accounts, including savings and money market accounts. Identify client needs, recommend suitable products, and make referrals to partners. Research and resolve account issues, respond to client inquiries, and maintain operational updates. Assist with daily center operations, audit controls, and onboarding new associates. Deliver high-quality client service, conduct outbound outreach, and support sales campaigns. Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk management, and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED; experience as a Teller preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, office equipment, and basic computer skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with a focus on operational efficiency and compliance.
Supervisory & Training Support:
Provide training to new associates and assist with daily team operations. Research and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.
