Universal Banker Job Description:

A Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling customer need from sales to service. The job role encompasses many functions in the retail bank. This role is divided into 2 separate categories: Universal Banker I and Universal Banker II. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Universal Banker:

Promoting the bank's products and services through exceptional customer service Promoting positive customer relations throughout the community Solve customer questions and concerns with warmth and a collaborative spirit Completing basic teller transactions Open and maintain new accounts Underwrite consumer (non-RE) loan applications Loan processing Manage consumer delinquency Resolve Compliance Exceptions Assist Team Leader with pending compliance exceptions Answering phones Other duties assigned by leadership team

Skills Required:

Multitask Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Standing on feet for long periods of time.
