Job Description

Rover Universal Banker (Full-Time) Love helping people? Comfortable with numbers? Ready to mix things up a bit? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Rover Universal Banker (RUB) to join our team! This isn't your typical "stay-in-one-spot" teller role — you'll have a designated home branch, but you'll also travel to nearby branches (within about a 30-mile radius) to help keep things running smoothly. If you like variety, teamwork, and being the person customers can count on, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the go-to person for everyday banking needs, including: Processing deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing Opening new accounts, CDs, and IRAs Preparing cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks, and more Verifying endorsements, IDs, and ensuring transactions are accurate and secure Balancing your cash drawer and handling daily cash inventory Entering transactions and issuing receipts Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to helpful banking products Preparing funds for shipment and maintaining a secure work area Jumping in where needed and adapting to different branch environments In short: you'll help keep our branches operating smoothly while delivering top-notch service to every customer you meet.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of banking experience required Strong verbal communication skills Solid math skills and attention to detail High level of integrity and trustworthiness A genuine commitment to customer service Ability to adapt quickly in different branch settings
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
Schedule & Details:
