It is required that applicant have 6 months to 1 year of banking experience required. Candidates should be familiar with the Online Banking platform. The candidate should also be self-motivated and must have good listening skills. Also, it is required that the applicant have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to multi-task is required for this role. Management skills are also required. An intermediate level of knowledge with personal computers and software (word and excel) is preferred. Effective problem solving and decision making is also preferred. Computer skills in word and excel are required. It may be required to work every other Saturday.
