Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable CSR / Floater to join our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting various operational functions across multiple branches or departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set in financial services, banking operations, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive experience for our clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As a CSR / Floater, you will be the versatile team member ready to step into different roles as needed, providing seamless support and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling procedures Support loan origination activities by gathering necessary documentation and assisting with application procedures Detect and prevent fraud by adhering to security protocols and monitoring suspicious activity during transactions Assist with loan processing tasks, including data entry, document verification, and compliance checks Handle cash drawer operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash management and retail math calculations Utilize software and Microsoft Office tools to document transactions, prepare reports, and update customer records Support team members by filling in for various roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced environment Skills Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service Knowledge of products, financial sales techniques, and industry regulations related to financial compliance Experience with loan origination, processing, and related documentation procedures Proficiency in banking software, Microsoft Office applications, and basic math skills including retail math and 10-key typing Ability to detect fraud indicators and adhere to security protocols for fraud prevention and detection Excellent cash handling skills including processing cash transactions accurately and managing cash drawers Industry knowledge of financial regulations governing operations and compliance standards Effective relationship management skills to build trust with customers and support sales initiatives through upselling opportunities Technical proficiency in banking software systems for transaction processing and record keeping Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding financial services while fostering growth through diverse roles. Pay:
$10.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
