Job Summary The Deposit Operations Representative III position at Texas First Bank is responsible for a variety of tasks, such as handling NSFs, stop payments, chargebacks, ACH disputes, unposted transactions, check returns, reclamations, wire transfers and other duties as assigned. This role requires independent decision-making and the ability to detect fraud patterns and suspicious activity. It also requires supporting retail staff. Must have knowledge of various banking regulations i.e. Reg E, Reg CC, Nacha Rules, etc. Education and Special Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
