Banking, Insurance, Financial Services Description Are you ready to join the E-Team at EECU? The Universal Elite Banker is a highly skilled banking role that provides operational and member service support across multiple branch locations. This position requires strong credit union knowledge, the ability to perform nearly all branch functions, and the flexibility to transition smoothly between branch teams as needed. The North Region includes the following Financial Center Locations- Fort Worth Downtown, Arlington, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Alliance, Watauga, Southlake, Frisco and Plano.
Position Requirements:
High level of banking knowledge with the ability to perform all branch operational and member service functions. Proven experience in teller transactions, loan production, new accounts, CD/IRA and leadership. Must be an excellent communicator both oral and written, knowledge of credit union products, and sales skills. Must have interpersonal skills, show empathy, active listening skills, effective communication, confidence, flexibility, and optimism. Able to work extended hours or work at other branches whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, dependable, and timely attendance. Perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. Retail Operations knowledge i.e. platform and teller operations Internal candidates must have completed EECU certifications. Professional written and oral communication skills Flexibility with schedule to assist branches as needed. Willingness to travel between branch locations as business needs require. Able to work shifts from 7:30am- 6:15pm M-F and Saturdays 8:45am
