•Friday (Hours determined by branch management) Position Overview The Personal Banker serves as a primary point of contact for retail banking clients at PNC Financial Services Group. This position builds and maintains customer relationships, provides tailored financial solutions, manages account services, and assists clients with everyday financial products and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Acquire, retain, and deepen consumer customer relationships through proactive consultation and financial guidance.

Account & Product Services:

Open consumer accounts, process loans, and match clients with appropriate financial products, including credit cards, savings, and checking solutions.

Branch Operations:

Adhere to operational policies, compliance mandates, and branch security protocols while executing day-to-day transactions.

Referrals & Collaboration:

Collaborate with specialized banking partners (e.g., mortgage, investments, business banking) to address complex client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in banking, retail customer service, sales, or financial services.
