9:00AM TO 1:00PM About the Role The Customer Relationship Banker (CRB) provides comprehensive banking services by handling routine financial transactions and supporting customer account needs while delivering accurate, efficient, and courteous customer service. This role assists customers with account opening and maintenance, processes transactions, resolves account inquiries, promotes appropriate bank products and services, and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. The CRB serves as a front-line representative of the bank and contributes to a positive team environment. Responsibilities Opens/closes/maintains deposit accounts for customers Performs teller paying and receiving functions Promotes bank products and services Qualifications Enjoys working with people Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong knowledge of general banking principles Proficient computer skills Good phone skills MUST be able to recognize and count U.S. Currency MUST be able to work legally in the
