Associate - Bank Administration Family Dollar - 3.1 Chesapeake, VA Job Details Full-time $19.00 - $21.25 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Spreadsheets Word embeddings Task prioritization Productivity software Cross-functional collaboration Cross-functional communication Full Job Description As a Bank Administration Associate at Family Dollar's corporate office, you'll support the daily operations of the Bank Administration function by maintaining banking records, processing account documentation, and assisting with treasury-related activities. You'll work with internal departments and banking partners to help ensure banking activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Banking Administration & Account Management Prepare and process bank account documentation. Establish and maintain online banking services for new and existing accounts. Coordinate banking changes with financial institutions and internal business partners. Load and update banking information in internal systems. Maintain tracking logs related to bank accounts, banking changes, and authorized signers. Ensure banking records and documentation remain accurate, complete, and up to date. Banking Operations & Support Assist with daily banking activities and treasury operations. Collaborate with banking partners to resolve operational issues. Support system updates, account maintenance, and banking-related requests. Assist with reconciliations and ensure banking information is processed accurately. Maintain compliance with company policies and banking procedures. Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Store Operations, Asset Protection, and other internal departments to support banking activities. Communicate with internal and external business partners regarding banking requests and documentation. Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy. Your Required Skills and Experience Associate degree or 1-2 years of relevant banking, treasury, or financial operations experience. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Preferred Requirements Previous banking or treasury operations experience. Knowledge of treasury management systems and online banking platforms. Experience working with bank proprietary systems. Familiarity with account reconciliations and banking controls. Experience supporting administrative or operational banking functions.
