Relationship Banker Job Description Job Summary:

A Relationship Banker is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers. They open and manage accounts and offer products and services to accommodate customers' financial needs. They provide financial advice and must be knowledgeable about the bank's products and services. Must adhere to bank regulations and policies and use sound judgment when making decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers Accurately count and handle cash Balance cash drawer at the end of each day Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to bank policies and procedures Have a thorough understanding of banking and financial solutions Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations Assist customers with opening and managing accounts. Assist with loan applications Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Provide excellent customer service Provide financial advice and guidance to customers Identify opportunities and offer bank products and services to customers to meet financial needs Client-driven approach to solving problems.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous cash handling experiences preferred Excellent customer service skills Ability to accurately count and handle cash Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of banking products and services Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Experience working in a banking or financial institution preferred Effective communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy
