full-time Cleveland State Bank is looking for an experience Personal Banker to join our team. As a small, community bank, relationships are the heart of what we do. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, building long-term client relationships, and helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their banking needs with confidence. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Open and maintain deposit accounts while ensuring accurate documentation. Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other banking transactions. Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns. Understand clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial instruments Follow banking regulations, security procedures, and company polices. Detect and help prevent fraud through adherence to established protocols. Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless client experience. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Minimum of one year of banking or financial industry experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent client service mindset with a professional and friendly approach Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory rquirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new banking systems and technology Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong verbal and written communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels Why Cleveland State Bank?
