As a Universal Banker II, you'll build meaningful customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and provide financial solutions that help individuals and businesses meet their goals. You'll serve as a trusted resource for customers and teammates while supporting the overall success of the branch. In this role, you will: Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized banking solutions and exceptional service. Open and service consumer and business accounts while supporting a variety of teller transactions. Serve as a resource for IRA accounts and related customer and team member questions. Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through products and services that meet their financial needs. Mentor and support team members while promoting a culture of teamwork, service excellence, and operational accuracy. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies. And more! What You'll Need 2-3 years of banking experience required, including opening and servicing consumer deposit accounts; IRA experience preferred. Working knowledge of consumer banking regulations, account documentation, and banking operations. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to independently manage complex customer needs, transactions, and problem resolution. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and support team members. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and banking-related software applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel between locations as needed, and perform the physical requirements of the role.
