Personal Banker - Slinger Office A Personal Banker will provide customers with high level customer service by performing all responsibilities in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner. This individual will provide professional service while actively seeking out sales opportunities, cross-selling services to new and existing customers, and consistently meeting sales goals. This position requires a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to banking, great customer service skills, and the ability to identify and recognize customer needs and opportunities. You must have prior banking and successful sales experience. Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through all interactions with both prospective and existing customers.
• Consistently meets or exceeds goals through generating appointments, outbound calling, sourcing referrals from new and existing customers, and community networking.
• Builds and maintains loyal customer relationships through identifying current and future needs, consistent follow up, and providing mutually beneficial solutions.
• Provide consultative service resulting in opening accounts, accepting loan applications, and completing loan closings.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and the Branch Operations Manager to support and cultivate a sales culture among the Tellers.
• Answer questions and resolve issues regarding account features, set-up, maintenance, etc.
• Maintain a level of professionalism that is always consistent with Westbury Bank's vision and mission.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Westbury Bank's and monitor our competitors' products to provide consultative services to new and existing customers.
• Completes and submits thorough and accurate documentation.
• Adhere to operational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding customer information.
• Participate in community activities that help support Westbury Bank's community involvement.
