Leads come from seminars, referrals, and other marketing generated sources. You will provide financial planning services and advice across investment planning, insurance planning, tax planning, and retirement planning, and you will regularly interact with high net worth individuals, applying and communicating complex financial planning concepts in a way that fits each client's situation. You will manage the full client relationship from the first discovery meeting through ongoing annual reviews, while also supervising and developing the office team. You will work closely with our service team to prepare case files, ensure suitability on recommendations, and keep client plans current as life circumstances change.
What you will do Meet with prospects for an initial discovery appointment, take detailed notes, and enter them into the CRM. Send thank you cards, personalized videos, and other thoughtful follow up touches when appropriate. Develop strategies for prospects around income, investments, insurance, income tax, and inheritance planning. Partner with the service team on retirement analysis, Social Security analysis, and risk analysis so every appointment is fully prepared. Follow up with prospects through to closing. Assist clients with annuities, life and long term care insurance, and managed money. Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships over time, including with high net worth individuals. Support the service team with suitability review on annuity contracts. Run annual review and service appointments for existing clients. Track and maintain all open opportunities. Regularly review client accounts and plans to determine whether life changes, economic shifts, or performance changes call for an update to the plan. Prepare and interpret financial summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients. Present at workshops as needed and attend client events, including some evenings. Complete, submit, and maintain compliance blotters and transaction records. Help the service team resolve issues related to new accounts, transfers, and amendments. Supervise, train, and manage office staff and the broader team as the Peoria Lead Advisor. Own the overall performance of the team, including sales goals, client retention, office presentation, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Coordinate closely with other teams, departments, and functional areas across the firm.

$250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
