Job Description

Practice Succession & Book Acquisition - Tucson & Southern Arizona WealthBridge Financial Group - 4.0 Tucson, AZ Job Details 13 hours ago Qualifications Financial sales Client relationship development Valuation standards Client management Relationship management Financial compliance Full Job Description WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking established financial advisors in Tucson & Southern Arizona who are planning a practice transition, reduction, or succession within the next 12-60 months — and who want a clear, confidential path for the continuity of their clients' service through that transition. In this partnership, you will work directly with WealthBridge leadership to design the structure that fits your objectives: outright sale, multi-year earn-out, gradual transition, or a reduced-role continuation where you stay engaged on your terms. As a transition partner at WealthBridge, you will see your clients served by advisors who already operate on a comprehensive planning framework across the 7 planning areas, so they experience continuity rather than disruption. Typical situations include an established book with no internal successor, practices seeking acquisition or earn-out, advisors facing family or health transitions who need a credible continuity partner, and advisors whose captive firm offers no clean succession pathway. The conversation runs in four steps: a confidential 45-60 minute exploration; a written preliminary valuation under NDA within 10 business days of receiving your production data; structure design with 2-3 tailored options; then documentation, regulatory filings, and a 30-90 day client-communication transition. Join a partnership built on legacy protection — your client relationships carry forward under WealthBridge's service standards, and you remain named in transition communications where appropriate. If you have built something worth protecting and want it handled with care, we would love to hear from you. All inquiries are held in strict confidence, with an NDA available before any detailed disclosure.
Structure and valuation:
Deal structures are flexible — outright sale, multi-year earn-out, gradual transition, or reduced-role continuation — and every valuation is confidential, delivered in writing under NDA, and based on product mix, persistency, trail economics, and AUM. For advisors continuing in a reduced-role production capacity, the arrangement is an ongoing affiliation with commission-based compensation, structured and confirmed at contracting; pure book sales involve no employment relationship.
