In this position, you will engage with families, business owners, and professionals to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice and strategies across the 7 planning areas — protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding. No prior financial-services experience is required: we provide pre-licensing guidance, a 4-week joint-field training program, and a defined career path from Associate through Managing Director. As a Financial Advisor at WealthBridge, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Arizona clients to make informed financial decisions — implementing life insurance, annuities, disability coverage, advisory accounts, and retirement plans while building a book of business you own from day one. You will utilize advanced planning tools and analytics to assess client needs, supported by our specialist network — Advanced Markets, Premium Finance, ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity), and Planning & Design. The New Associate Program pairs consistent daily activity with weekly accountability and quality metrics (persistency, suitability); specific production expectations are reviewed during Discovery and formalized at contracting. Compensation and classification:
This is a commission-based, uncapped 1099 independent-contractor opportunity — you own your business on WealthBridge's platform, with no base salary or employer-provided benefits. WealthBridge's firm-wide good-faith earnings estimate for first-year new associates is $80,000 to $115,000 per year — an earnings estimate for commission production, not a salary; new advisors typically begin in the lower portion of the range during the licensing and ramp period (commonly months 1-12) and scale as activity, persistency, and book development compound.
