This is a front-facing role that requires direct interaction with patients to help them navigate available resources while ensuring the hospital receives maximum reimbursement for services rendered.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with patients to discuss financial obligations and assistance options. Assist with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and other financial aid applications. Identify and secure all available sources of financial assistance. Help maximize reimbursement for hospital services. Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients.

Requirements:

Experience with Medi-Cal and Medicaid . Previous healthcare financial counseling, patient access, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working directly with patients in a hospital setting.
