Best RV Center is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with financing options, securing approvals, and ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction process. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in lending practices, highly organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in securing financing for RV purchases Present and explain financing options, warranties, and protection plans Work with banks and lenders to obtain competitive loan approvals Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant with regulations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance products, interest rates, and lending guidelines Maximize finance and insurance (F&I) product penetration Collaborate closely with the sales team to finalize deals Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism Ensure timely funding of deals and proper documentation submission

Qualifications:

Previous experience in finance, automotive/RV F&I, or lending preferred Strong understanding of credit, loans, and financial regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Proficiency with computer systems and finance software High level of integrity and professionalism
