Position Title :
Assistant Manager(Sales Planning Team)Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and analytical team member to join our Sales Planning team. The role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, identifying key insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support management decisions. The ideal candidate has strong logical thinking skills and can translate data into clear and actionable reports and presentations.General Responsibilities:
Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Excel. Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement through data analysis. Prepare clear and concise management reports and PowerPoint presentations. Develop and maintain sales performance tracking files and KPI reports. Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target planning activities. Manage commission and incentive data, including monthly closing, calculation, and execution. Review and evaluate the results of promotions and incentive programs. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency. Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy. Continuously enhance reporting accuracy and process effectiveness.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail. Experience in preparing business reports or management presentations preferred. Accuracy and accountability in handling financial and commission-related data. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits :
