Multidisciplinary team includes CPAs, MBTs, CFAs, and CFP® professionals delivering comprehensive financial solutions beyond portfolio management. Focused on helping individuals and business owners achieve clarity, confidence, and long-term financial success through integrated planning.
REQUIREMENT
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships Strong passion for financial planning and client education Experience with 401(k) plans and corporate retirement accounts preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Alignment with a fiduciary, client-first philosophy Ability to work full-time on-site in Century City
POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join the Century City office.
Role focused on:
Deepening relationships with existing clients Supporting referrals Expanding the firm's reach through high-quality financial planning and coaching Advisor will also play a key role in managing and growing 401(k) and corporate retirement plan relationships. Opportunity for an advisor who values a planning-first approach and wants to make a meaningful impact with clients early in their financial journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor Engage with client referrals and help expand the firm's network organically Provide financial planning and coaching to individuals at various stages, including those not yet investing Manage and grow relationships with 401(k) and corporate retirement plan clients Collaborate with internal tax, estate, and business management teams to deliver holistic advice Coordinate with external partners including TPAs, attorneys, and custodians Maintain the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility
COMPENSATION
$180K base with unlimited bonus based on performance
