Job Description
Anisa Henry is partnered with a growing, client-focused wealth management firm seeking an Associate Wealth Architect to support the delivery of comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. Participate in client meetings, gather financial and personal information, develop financial plans, and assist in presenting recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with advisory, investment, and client service teams to support all aspects of the wealth management process.
Collect and organize client financial information, goals, and objectives.
Analyze and review financial documents to support planning recommendations.
Assist in preparing financial plans, investment policy statements, and portfolio review materials.
Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client financial strategies, including coordination with external professional advisors when appropriate.
Prepare client communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
Maintain and update client, prospect, and advisor records within firm systems.
Assist with technology initiatives, operational enhancements, and workflow improvements.
Support document management and process optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior advisors in a team-based advisory environment, gaining exposure to a variety of planning and client engagement approaches.Participate in client meetings, gather financial and personal information, develop financial plans, and assist in presenting recommendations.
