A growing wealth management firm seeking an experienced Lead Wealth Architect to serve as a lead advisor responsible for managing and deepening client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning, and mentoring junior advisory team members. This role works closely with internal specialists and external professional partners to provide holistic, client-centered wealth management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary advisor for client relationship management, retention, and growth.

Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized advice.

Develop and oversee comprehensive financial plans, investment recommendations, and wealth management strategies.

Provide guidance across investments, retirement, tax, estate, risk management, and broader financial planning needs.

Lead client meetings and ensure timely follow-up on planning recommendations and action items.

Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to deliver coordinated client solutions.

Oversee portfolio implementation, asset allocation, and ongoing investment monitoring.

Review planning analyses, client reports, and account documentation for accuracy and quality.

Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Utilize financial planning tools to develop customized recommendations and evaluate client strategies.

Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives that enhance client service and operational excellence.

Leadership & Team DevelopmentMentor and coach associate advisors, supporting their professional development and progression within the organization.

Provide guidance on client planning, relationship management, investment processes, and operational best practices.
