This is a strong opportunity for an advisor who wants to step into an established client base from day one and focus on what matters most: building trust, leading thoughtful client conversations, delivering sound financial guidance, and growing long-term relationships. This is not a pure cold-start role. You'll inherit existing client relationships and work in a professional, fiduciary environment that values preparation, integrity, and high-quality advice. The firm is looking for someone who is polished with clients, strong in both financial planning and investment conversations, and motivated to deepen relationships while helping drive long-term growth. What You'll Do Serve as the lead advisor and primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, service, and results Lead client meetings with confidence, preparation, and clear recommendations Deliver advice across investment management, retirement planning, wealth preservation, and broader financial planning matters Review and update financial plans as client goals, life events, and market conditions change Identify opportunities to consolidate outside assets and grow existing relationships Help generate new business through referrals, networking, and strong prospect conversion Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation across all client activity Operate fully in a fiduciary capacity and uphold a high standard of professionalism and discretion What They're Looking For 10+ years of direct, client-facing experience in wealth management or financial advisory Active Series 65 or Series 7 and 66 CFP strongly preferred Strong knowledge of investments, markets, portfolio strategy, and comprehensive financial planning Proven success working with and growing high-net-worth client relationships Ability to lead meetings, build credibility quickly, and communicate recommendations clearly Demonstrated success developing new business through referrals, relationship development, and client expansion High level of integrity, professionalism, judgment, and emotional intelligence Organized, detail-oriented, and highly mindful of compliance standards Self-motivated, accountable, and calm under pressure Why This Role Stands Out Established client base from day one Opportunity to focus on advising and relationship growth, not building a book from scratch Strong base salary plus bonus Planning-oriented, fiduciary environment High-touch client model with long-term relationship focus Stable, respected platform Collaborative team culture with high standards and long-term upside Compensation & Benefits $150,000-$165,000 base salary + bonus 401(k) with company match Health insurance HSA options Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement #
