Role Description:

We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Associate Financial Advisor . This role is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in wealth management and financial planning. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and cover the full cost of obtaining your Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses. Upon successful completion of the licensing program and 90-day trial period, the position converts to a permanent full-time role with an increased salary and bonus potential. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting clients in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their goals, analyzing their financial situations, and providing guidance on investments, retirement strategies, insurance solutions, and overall wealth management. The Associate Financial Advisor will assist in preparing financial projections, reviewing portfolios, and presenting recommendations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting follow-up reviews, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with senior advisor and internal support teams. The role also involves ongoing professional development, staying current with financial markets, products, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities Comfortable learning financial planning concepts and technology systems Motivated to build a long-term career in financial services Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language. High level of integrity, commitment to ethical standards, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Ability to build trust-based relationships, work collaboratively in a team environment, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Licensing & Professional Development During the first 90 days, candidates will be expected to study for and obtain: Life & Health Insurance License Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam Series 7 License Series 63 License We will cover the cost of all required licensing exams, study materials, and registration fees.
