Senior Associate Wealth Advisor

hireneXus has partnered with an established, independent, fee-only RIA in the San Francisco Peninsula to help them add a Senior Associate Wealth Advisor to their team. The firm has gone through tremendous growth over the last 24-36 months and is in need of a talented CFP professional that is looking to join a planning-first firm and service existing clients as part of a team. There is a clear short-term path for growth into a Wealth Advisor role and beyond for the right candidate. The firm is employee owned and continuing to experience strong organic growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as a responsive, reliable resource for client questions and problem-solving

Apply financial analysis expertise to client situations, translating recommendations into clear, easy-to-understand guidance

Document client interactions consistently within the firm's systems

Help prepare and deliver annual review presentations alongside the senior advisor

Coach clients through implementation of financial plans and provide hands-on support

Hold primary advisory responsibility for a portfolio of smaller client relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Series 65 and CFP designation - additional designations a plus

Minimum of two years of client-facing financial services experience

Proficiency with custodial platforms

Experience with financial planning software, cash flow analysis, and tax analysis tools

Comfort working within CRM and reporting systems

Compensation

The range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 base salary plus bonus and additional benefits.
