Reputable Wealth Management Firm in FiDi | $115,000-$140,000 DOE A well-established Wealth Management firm is seeking an Associate Advisor to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial services professional with 4+ years of experience and exposure to financial planning who is looking to take on greater client responsibility and grow within a high-touch advisory environment. The Associate Advisor will work closely with clients and senior advisors across wealth planning, investment management, and day-to-day client service. This person will have meaningful exposure to client relationships and the opportunity to participate in client meetings while working within a small, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for ongoing needs
+ Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including follow-up and action items
+ Coordinate client requests, account activity, transfers, trades, and other financial transactions
+ Assist with investment portfolio monitoring and implementation of client investment strategies
+ Support comprehensive financial planning across retirement, tax, estate, education, cash flow, and other planning areas
+ Maintain accurate client records and ensure work is completed thoroughly and on schedule
+ Partner closely with advisors and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
+ Contribute to firm initiatives, team projects, and knowledge-sharing opportunities Requirements + 4+ years of experience within the financial services or wealth management industry
+ Previous exposure to financial planning is required
+ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
+ Analytical and thoughtful approach to problem-solving
+ Comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment where everyone contributes across functions
+ Professional and polished presence with the ability to confidently interact with clients
+ CFP® designation or progress toward the CFP® is a plus
