You work effectively across advisors, specialists, and operations teams to deliver seamless client outcomes The Role We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional to join our Client Experience team. In this role, you'll deliver personalized financial advice and support the development and execution of client strategies in partnership with Advisors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is known for strong analytical capabilities and exceptional communication skills. What You'll Do Partner with advisors and team members to prepare and deliver client-ready meeting materials and follow-ups Provide client-facing financial advice and support in collaboration with Advisors Analyze and develop financial strategies using financial planning software Assist in the creation and presentation of customized financial plans Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service Support operational processes including account opening, transfers, and documentation Ensure compliance with AML, SEC, and internal policies Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports, and track key milestones Collaborate cross-functionally with tax professionals, estate attorneys, investment specialists, and operations teams What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in financial services (B2B advisor support or direct client advising) Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial strategies Series 65 and/or CFP (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 180 days Understanding of financial regulations and compliance processes Must be authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required Compensation & Benefits The estimated base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $127,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
