San Ramon, CA | $105,000-$125,000 + Bonus | Excellent Benefits + 401(k) Match Robert Half Financial Services is partnering with an established Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in San Ramon on an exciting opportunity for an Associate Advisor to join a growing wealth management team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in wealth management who enjoys working directly with clients, has an interest in financial planning, and is looking for a long-term career path within an RIA environment.
As an Associate Advisor, you will work closely with an established Wealth Manager and play an important role in delivering a high-touch client experience. You'll gain exposure to the full wealth management and financial planning process while receiving coaching and mentorship designed to help you grow into greater responsibility over time. What You'll DoPartner closely with an established Wealth Manager to support high-net-worth client relationships.
Prepare for client meetings by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client financial information.
Assist with financial planning analysis and draft comprehensive financial plans and recommendations.
Help implement investment, financial planning, and other client recommendations.
Coordinate and follow up on client action items to ensure a seamless and responsive client experience.
Leverage the firm's CRM to maintain accurate client information, track activities, and manage follow-up.
Collaborate with Client Services, Operations, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Participate in client meetings and gradually take on increased responsibility within client relationships.
Build knowledge and confidence across financial planning, investments, and overall wealth management.
Develop toward the ability to independently manage client relationships and potentially pursue future leadership or partnership opportunities.
