Job Description
Job Summary Wealth Advisor Sales Manager opportunity for an experienced financial services leader ready to combine fiduciary client advisory work, sales leadership, process optimization, and strategic business growth. This is a full-time direct hire role supporting a growing wealth advisory organization with a hybrid presence across Central and Northern California. This role is ideal for a licensed advisor and sales manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, mentoring future advisors, improving sales systems, and helping scale a firm toward ambitious long-term production goals. You will work closely with leadership in a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your ability to lead, educate, and execute will have a direct impact on client retention, advisor development, and business expansion. The organization offers a supportive leadership structure, strong growth vision, and the opportunity to help shape a multi-service financial planning platform that includes wealth management, insurance, Medicare planning, estate planning, and managed money solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen client relationships through annual reviews, financial planning updates, retirement projections, cash flow analysis, risk assessments, and portfolio alignment.
- Serve as a fiduciary advisor by educating clients, supporting objective decision-making during market volatility, and promoting long-term financial planning strategies.
- Standardize and optimize the sales process, including workflow documentation, CRM adoption, e-application integration, and lead-to-client conversion tracking.
- Drive strategic growth toward the firm's goal of reaching $100M in annual production by 2030 through KPI tracking, production analysis, and sales performance reporting.
- Lead service diversification initiatives across Medicare planning, estate planning, managed money, insurance household reviews, and other client expansion opportunities.
- Mentor advisor team members, support future advisor hires, clarify sales and administrative responsibilities, and align growth efforts with long-term succession planning. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
- Quarterly commission opportunities tied to team growth milestones.
