Position Summary:
Protects the financial interests of the Hospital by utilizing all possible resources to obtain payment on patient accounts.
Education:
High School graduate or GED.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of hospital experience. At least on year of experience as a financial counselor in a hospital, financial institution , credit union or credit counseling related business. Must be bilingual (Spanish./English). Must have a basic understanding and skills related to the use of computers pertinent to the needs and requirements of the Department, such as Excel and Word.
