Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor / Service Advisor to support Wealth Managers and provide exceptional service to clients. This role is ideal for someone who is service-minded, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in growing within a collaborative financial services practice. Prior financial services experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties Support Wealth Managers with client service, meeting preparation, follow-up, and relationship development. Serve as a reliable client contact by providing responsive, professional communication and follow-through. Assist with financial planning support, presentations, account service needs, paperwork, and new business processes. Maintain accurate client records and coordinate updates with Wealth Managers and operations team members. Use technology and office systems to stay organized, improve efficiency, and support a smooth client experience. Participate in training, team meetings, continuing education, and professional development. Qualifications Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, investment operations, client service, or a related field preferred. Industry licenses or designations are a plus, but not required. Strong professionalism, coachability, judgment, and desire to grow in the advisory profession. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required; strong Excel skills preferred. Comfort with CRM systems, process improvement tools, technology, or practical AI tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

•Pay scale negotiable based on experience

Pay:

From $50,000.00 per year
