Financial Aid Advisor - Lincoln Tech New Britain We're looking for an experienced financial aid professional who understands the unique needs of career-focused students pursuing skilled trades education. If you have 1+ years of hands-on financial aid experience in higher education and enjoy helping students navigate Title IV funding for shorter-term programs, this role could be perfect for you.
What You'll Bring:
1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education - this is essential Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and corporate financial aid teams Detail-oriented approach to data management and file maintenance Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
What You'll Do:
Guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance Support New, Veteran, and Agency students with specialized funding needs Participate in campus orientations and student start events Collaborate with
