LEGACY PLANNING SALES ADVOCATE

Trustworthy Estate Plans REMOTE Trustworthy Estate Plans is looking for a confident, compassionate representative professional to join our team who can help families take an important step toward protecting the assets and people they love. This is not a high-pressure, transactional sales role. Our Legacy Planning Coordinator Advocates meet with prospective clients, learn about their families and concerns, explain our estate planning services in clear language, and help them choose the right path forward. You do not need to be an attorney or have an estate planning background. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to confidently guide each conversation. You do need to be comfortable discussing personal financial and family matters, asking thoughtful questions, addressing concerns, and asking for the sale. What You'll Do

  • Conduct virtual consultations alongside a Trustworthy Plan advisor with prospective clients
  • Build trust and identify each family's estate planning needs
  • Clearly explain Trustworthy Plans services, pricing, and process
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects
  • Maintain accurate client notes and sales activity
  • Meet a minimum performance expectation of five completed sales per month
  • Represent Trustworthy Plans professionalism, empathy, and integrity Who We're Looking For
  • A confident communicator and keen prospector who connects naturally with people
  • Someone who can listen well and lead a productive conversation
  • A motivated closer who is comfortable asking for the sale
  • Someone dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
  • A self-starter who works well in a remote environment
  • Someone looking to transition out of full-time real estate
  • Previous sales or consultation experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in estate planning, financial services, insurance, real estate, or another relationship-based field is a plus, but not required
  • SRES Designation helpful
  • Probate Specialist Certification a plus, but not required
  • Multi-licensed (life, insurance, securities) a definite plus Why Trustworthy Plans?

COMPENSATION

You will receive a client acquisition fee, rev-share, and opportunity to build a downline.

    Anticipated Earnings:

    $55,000-$80,000 First Year (commission) Minimum production applies
