Job Description

Job Summary One Of One Slammer is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will help manage customer communications and day-to-day operations related to our sports card buyback program. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable communicating with customers, able to manage multiple deadlines, and confident using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and AI-assisted software. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing company in the sports card industry. Responsibilities Manage customer communications related to One Of One Slammer buybacks Confirm whether customers would like to receive payment or keep their card Use AI-assisted tools to help organize and manage customer communications Track customer responses, payment preferences, and deadlines Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in Excel and/or Google Sheets Assist with other customer operations and administrative tasks as needed Experience / Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, or data entry preferred Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with customers professionally Comfortable learning new software and AI-powered tools Able to manage multiple tasks, customers, and deadlines Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member Experience in the sports card, collectibles, e-commerce, or retail industry is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
