YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Demonstrated leadership of complex financial analysis projects and capital allocation processes. Advanced Excel-based modelling; expert scenario/sensitivity design; robust model architecture and auditability. Proficiency translating mine plans, costs, and schedules into cash flows and valuation metrics. Deep understanding of mineral markets. Hands-on design and operation of capital governance (stage-gate), portfolio optimization, and investment criteria (hurdle rates, risk-adjusted returns). Preferred Requirements 10-20 years across corporate development, strategy, equity research, project finance, or consulting in mining. Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering (Mining/Civil) or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
