We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Counselor to support our clients and ensure a positive financial experience. What You'll Do Assist clients in person and by phone with professionalism and compassion Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial responsibilities Collect co-pays, manage balances, and set up payment plans Maintain accurate billing and demographic information in the EMR Support scheduling and collaborate with front desk teams to improve collections Ensure client accounts and financial documents are accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Business or related field OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of office or customer-facing experience Experience with billing, insurance verification, or healthcare settings preferred Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills Why Meridian?
