Investment Advisor Job Description:

PrideStaff is recruiting for a local business who is seeking an Investment Advisor to join their team. As an Investment Advisor, you will partner with individual branches to train staff to refer highly valued net worth customers to you for investment opportunities. The Investment Advisor will have access to a portfolio of existing customers where you will guide them through the next steps for their financial future. The ideal Investment Advisor holds an active FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 license along with a clean U4 CRD history. The ideal Investment Advisor has an impeccable track record of growing portfolios while building relationships with individual branch employees as well as prospective customers. The Investment Advisor is a full time, direct hire position in Lake Clarke Shores, FL.

Investment Advisor Duties & Responsibilities:

Consult in Person With Members to Analyze Assets, Financial Goals, & Risk Tolerance Give Custom Investment & Insurance Recommendations Travel Between Branches to Host Educational Seminars, Run Monthly Staff Training, & Build an Internal Referral Pipeline From Branch Employees & Commercial Loan Officers Review Existing Member Databases to Identify Hidden Wealth Management Opportunities & Initiate a Regular "Drip"

Marketing Campaign Ensure All Activities Strictly Align With FINRA, Broker-Dealer, & Credit Union Compliances Standards Investment Advisor Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics or Related Field 2+ Years of Financial Planning & Sales Experience With Required Holds an Active FINRA Series 7 & Series 66 (or 63/65 Combination), Coupled With State Life & Health Insurance License Holds a Current U4 CRD History With No Major Regulatory Disclosures or Bankruptcies With The Ability to be Bondable Must be Comfortable Working & Driving to
