512434 job summary: Tatum is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join a strategic client engagement supporting the Value Added Services (VAS) division across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Operating directly out of the Miami office, you will act as a key commercial finance partner to regional business leaders. This role goes beyond traditional reporting and variance analysis; you will drive business planning, investment evaluation, performance optimization, and operational simplification across a fast-growing portfolio. Strategic Planning & Forecasting:

Lead budgeting, multi-year forecasting, month-end close analysis, and long-range financial planning (LRP) for the LAC VAS business unit.

Commercial Decision Support:

Provide end-to-end financial evaluation on revenue, operational expenses, headcount, and investment trade-offs. Develop clear narratives and business case models to guide executive leadership.

Performance Management & ROI:

Monitor performance via variance tracking, scenario modeling, productivity assessments, and post-investment ROI analyses to surface risks and opportunities proactively.

Executive Reporting & Dashboards:

Design, build, and present executive-level reporting packages and data-driven dashboards that translate complex operational metrics into clear business insights.

Controllership & Governance:

Maintain strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness while partnering with accounting, billing, and revenue teams to support timely revenue recognition and close cycles.

Process Simplification & Standardization:

Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and automating financial models, reporting tools, and cross-functional planning frameworks across global and regional teams.

Cross-Functional Influence:

Build financial acumen across non-finance business units, aligning regional and local stakeholders around standardized KPIs, metrics, and operational cadences.

qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred). Proven background in corporate FP&A, business decision support, and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial datasets and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced corporate matrix environment. Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts, variance tracking, and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications & Differentiators:
Experience:

7+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.

Language Skills:

Business-level fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (strongly preferred due to LAC regional coverage).

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced financial modeling capabilities in Microsoft Excel. Executive presentation building in PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with enterprise

FP&A/CPM

tools (e.g., Hyperion Essbase, TM1, SAP, Anaplan). Prior experience supporting commercial sales teams, product lines, or business units within global payment systems, fintech, tech, or financial services. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing executive leadership.
