This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in wealth management, investment strategies, and financial planning. You will assist clients in achieving their financial goals by providing personalized advice, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your energetic approach and passion for financial services will help foster strong client relationships and support their long-term financial success. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior advisors to develop tailored financial plans that incorporate estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Assist clients with understanding various financial products, including securities, insurance, and banking services. Conduct research on financial markets, industry regulations, and new investment opportunities to inform client recommendations. Support the preparation of financial analysis reports and portfolio reviews to optimize client asset management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of securities law, FINRA regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Manage client relationships through regular communication, providing updates on market trends and portfolio performance. Help facilitate client onboarding processes, including documentation for wills, trusts, and estate law considerations. Experience Prior experience practicing in the securities industry or a background in financial sales is highly desirable. Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, cash management, and financial analysis. Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and wealth management principles. Familiarity with financial software tools used for research, portfolio management, and client relationship management. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients. Industry knowledge of financial regulations including securities law and FINRA compliance standards. Experience working with investment products, asset management strategies, and banking services is a plus.
